The registration deadline has passed. If you haven’t registered but would still like to participate, you may send an email to events-phys@aalto.fi and ask if late registration is possible.
Registration fees (which include conference participation, lunches and coffee breaks during the conference, as well as the conference dinner) are as follows:
- Regular participants: 400 €
- Students (including PhD students): 300 €
Abstract submission is done during the registration process. Therefore, please prepare your abstract before filling in the registration form. You will be asked to upload your abstract when filling in the registration form. We ask you to prepare your one-page abstract in PDF format using the templates provided (LaTex template and Word template), or by formatting your abstract in a similar way.
