Research Managers and Administrators at all career stages. Applicants should work or be familiar with research support, funding or project management at their home university. An active engagement of all participants is expected throughout the Staff Week.
The application period for the staff week is 1 October 2026 to 31 January 2027. Please apply via the application form.
We will inform all applicants of the selection results during February 2027.
There is no participation fee. Travel and accommodation costs are expected to be covered by the participant via their home university. Travel and accommodation expenses can be covered through Erasmus+ KA131 Staff Mobility for Training. Please check about this option at your university.
Social Evening Programme
A minimum number of 10 participants in total is required to guarantee a realisation of the Staff Week. The maximum number of participants will be 24. Please don’t make any travel arrangements until you receive our confirmation.
