Look behind you and you can see the future! The professionalisation of research services has been strong over the last decade. This panel will give voice to decades of experience in supporting research in universities and will take a look at the history of research services and the years of growth in services. Jaana Backman, Soile Haverinen, Sirkka-Liisa Korppi-Tommola and Leila Risteli will discuss about the subject. The discussion will be moderated by Emma Pirilä from the University of Oulu.
