Registration
Please register a single participant or a group for the conference using the registration form by 26 September 2025. The presenters are asked to register by 8 August 2025 so that we can guarantee them a place in the sessions.
The on-site participation fees include participation to the scientific program, scheduled lunches and coffees, and the City of Tampere reception on Thursday 30 October. The ATUT dinner on Monday 27 October and Re-City dinner on Thursday 30 October cost 60 EUR each.
Re-City Conference has also an online participation option. The online fee includes the livestreams of the Re-City keynote lectures and panel discussion as well as participation to the separate online theme group (Re-City theme 05).
The program of the Open Day on Wednesday 29 October is free to all participants if not mentioned otherwise, see the separate program here. Note that in the PhD Seminar, there are maximum of 40 places for registered PhD students. These places will be filled in the registration order.
Extra: Association of Spanish Scientists in Finland (ACEFI) has allocated small funding to support Spanish researchers who are members of ACEFI in Finland or another association member of the Network of Associations of Spanish Researchers and Scientists Abroad (RAICEX) to attend ATUT 2025.
