Registration
The registration has been closed. Thank you for your interest in the ATUT Symposium and Re-City Conference. You can inquire about extra places at radicalcare2025@tuni.fi.
The on-site participation fees include participation to the scientific program, scheduled lunches and coffees, and the City of Tampere reception on Thursday 30 October. The ATUT dinner on Monday 27 October and Re-City dinner on Thursday 30 October cost 60 EUR each.
Re-City Conference has also an online participation option. The online fee includes the livestreams of the Re-City keynote lectures and panel discussion as well as participation to the separate online theme group (Re-City theme 05).
The program of the Open Day on Wednesday 29 October is free to all participants if not mentioned otherwise, see the separate program here. Note that in the PhD Seminar, there are maximum of 40 places for registered PhD students. These places will be filled in the registration order.
Extra: Association of Spanish Scientists in Finland (ACEFI) has allocated small funding to support Spanish researchers who are members of ACEFI in Finland or another association member of the Network of Associations of Spanish Researchers and Scientists Abroad (RAICEX) to attend ATUT 2025. Payment
The participation fee(s) and possible dinner fee(s) are paid when registering for the event. The payment is made with a credit card (no additional charges). A payment receipt will be sent to you by e-mail. If invoicing (bank transfer) is needed, please contact congress@tuni.fi.
Cancellation policy
According to sustainability principles and to avoid food waste, please cancel your registration if you cannot attend the conference or the social events. For cancellations received by 26 September 2025, the paid participation fees will be fully refunded. No refund will be made for cancellations made after this date. No refunds will be made for no-shows. The dinner fee is not refunded separately if a participant cancels their participation to the dinner. Participation that has already been registered can be transferred to another person from the same organisation without any extra charge. Cancellations and requests for refunds and registration transfers must always be made by email to congress@tuni.fi.
