Welcome to the ATUT Symposium on 27-28 October 2025! The ATUT program has now been published here: ATUT Program. You can upload the full program as a pdf from that same page. During the symposium, there will be QR code on your name tag where you can easily find the latest program.
If you stay in Tampere after the actual ATUT Symposium, you are warmly welcome to join the Open Day program on 29 October. See the program of the Open Day here: Open Day.
A separate message will be sent later to the PhD students attending the PhD Seminar on 29 October: PhD Seminar.

Note that some of the Open Day events require a separate registration (TULE seminar; the registration for the PhD Seminar is closed).

General information

Venue: The ATUT Symposium will be organized at the Main Building of Tampere University (address: Kalevantie 4). Lunches are served in the YO Restaurant in the Main Building. The lunches are included in the conference fee; please show your name tag to the cashier.
ATUT dinner is served at the Tampella Restaurant (Kelloportinkatu 1) on Monday 27 October evening. Registration for the dinner has been done when registering for the ATUT Symposium. The registration is marked on your name tag. Please show your name tag at the entrance.
After ATUT, you are warmly welcome to join the book launch ‘Architectural Thinking in a climate emergency’, eon Tuesday 28 October at 17-19 at the Café & Aula Toivo in the Tampere University Main Building. You can download the book for free here.
All the ATUT participants are invited also to the Tampere City Reception that takes place at the Vapriikki Museum (Alaverstaanraitti 5) on Thursday 30 October at 18:00-19:30. Registration for the reception has been done when registering for the ATUT Symposium. The registration is marked on your name tag. Please show your name tag at the entrance.
On-site registration: There will be a registration table in the main lobby of the Tampere University Main Building (Kalevantie 4), where you will get your name tag. The on-site registration table is open on Monday 27 October between 8:30-9:00. After that, you can get your name tag from the Auditorium A1 during breaks. Please note that you need your name tag for lunches and possible ATUT dinner and Thursday’s City Reception.
We do not provide a supervised coatroom at the symposium.
