Participation fees
The participation fee is 40 EUR and it includes the conference programme, scheduled coffee breaks and lunches. For conference presenters, the conference is free of charge. The dinner on 29 October costs 60 EUR. The fees are VAT 0 % (VAT will not be added).
Payment
The participation fee(s) are paid when registering for the event. The payment is made by credit card (no additional charges). A payment receipt will be sent to you by e-mail. If invoicing (bank transfer) is needed, please contact congress@tuni.fi.
Cancellation policy
Please note that the registartion for the conference and dinner are binding, and fees are non-refundable. According to sustainability principles and to avoid food waste, please cancel your registration if you cannot attend the conference. Participation that has already been registered can be transferred to another person from the same organisation without any extra charge. Cancellations and registration transfers must always be made by email to congress@tuni.fi.
