The preliminary schedule of the event is as follows:
- 8:45-9:00 Coffee and snacks served (Time to sign-up for the archery tag teams )
- 9:00-10:00 Workshop
- 10:00-11:30 Pitch* presentation
- 11:30-12:30 Lunch (at own cost)
- 12:30-14:00 Alumni stories about life during and after PhD
- 14:00-17:00 Archery Tag** tournament
- 17:00-> Free food, music and drinks @ Teekkarisauna
