Conference registration fees
Regular registration fee 550 EUR / 650 EUR
IEEE member fee 500 EUR / 600 EUR
Student registration 500 EUR / 600 EUR
IEEE student fee 450 EUR / 550 EUR
The early-bird fees are valid until October 1, 2026, and the registration deadline is October 12, 2026. All registrations include participation in the conference program, access to materials, lunches, coffee breaks, and banquet on Tuesday evening. Extra banquet ticket (for AVECs) 100 EUR.
There is a separate fee of 150 EUR for the tutorial, 100 EUR for IEEE members and students.
All the fees are VAT 0 % (VAT will not be added).

Please notice that the “amount” in the registration site refers to the number of people registering, so “1” unless you are registering multiple persons from the same organization.
Payment
The participation fee(s) and possible avec dinner or tutorial fee(s) are paid when registering for the event. The payment is made with a credit card (no additional charges). A payment receipt will be sent to you by e-mail. If invoicing (bank transfer) is needed, please contact congress@tuni.fi.
Cancellation policy
According to sustainability principles and to avoid food waste, please cancel your registration if you cannot attend the conference or the evening event. For cancellations received by 12 October 2026, the paid participation fees will be fully refunded. No refund will be issued for cancellations made after this date. No refunds will be made for no-shows. The avec dinner fee will not be refunded separately if a participant cancels the accompanying person’s participation to the dinner. Participation that has already been registered can be transferred to another person from the same organisation without any extra charge. Cancellations and requests for refunds and registration transfers must always be made by email to congress@tuni.fi.
