Participation fee
The participation fee is 280 EUR and it includes the conference programme, scheduled coffee breaks and lunches, the City of Tampere reception on 3 June and the dinner on 4 June.
It is also possible to register as non-presenting audience for the Wednesday 3 June programme with the price of 140 EUR. The price includes coffees, lunches and the City reception on 3 June, as well as the dinner on 4 June.
The fees are VAT 0 % (VAT will not be added).
Payment
The participation fee(s) are paid when registering for the event. The payment is made by credit card (no additional charges). A payment receipt will be sent to you by e-mail. If invoicing (bank transfer) is needed, please contact congress@tuni.fi.
Cancellation policy
According to sustainability principles and to avoid food waste, please cancel your registration if you cannot attend the conference. For cancellations received by 8 May 2026, the paid participation fees will be fully refunded. No refund will be made for cancellations made after this date. No refunds will be made for no-shows. Participation that has already been registered can be transferred to another person from the same organisation without any extra charge. Cancellations and requests for refunds and registration transfers must always be made by email to congress@tuni.fi.
