Please use this form to register for the Modernet Congress 2026. Presenters are asked to register before 1 July 2026 and non-presenters before 15 August 2026.
The participation fee depends on the days of attendance and your membership status. The fee includes the programme, coffees and lunches, guided walking tour, and the congress dinner on 10 September at Restaurant Finlayson Palace. Modernet will invoice the participation fee separately.
The fees are the following:
Modernet member fee, two days (10 – 11 sept 2026): 150 EUR
Non-member fee, two days (10 – 11 sept 2026): 200 EUR
Modernet member fee, one day (10 Sept 2026): 100 EUR
Non-member fee, one day (10 Sept 2026): 120 EUR
Modernet member fee, one day (11 Sept 2026): 100 EUR
Non-member fee, one day (11 Sept 2026): 120 EUR
Cancellation policy
According to sustainability principles and to avoid food waste, please cancel your registration by 15 August 2026 if you cannot attend the event or the dinner. Cancellations must always be made by email to congress@tuni.fi.
