Instructions for abstract submission

Please take time to read these instructions carefully.

Presentation formats

  • Oral presentation (15 minutes per presentation) on 10 and 11 September 2026
  • Poster on 10 and 11 September 2026

ALL PRESENTING AUTHORS MUST REGISTER FOR THE CONFERENCE. Submission of an abstract is acceptance of this requirement to register if presenting. Each member can only be the responsible author of one contribution.

The abstract must be uploaded using this form in Word or PDF format and should be correctly named (surname of the responsible author_title of the scientific contribution, for example: Johnson_Occupational health risks).

The abstract should be in English, and should not exceed 500 words or 4 000 characters with spaces included (in addition to the affiliation of the authors and bibliography) and should be structured:

  • Title
  • Authors
  • Affiliations
  • Introduction
  • Objectives
  • Methods
  • Results
  • Conclusions
  • Bibliography (optional)

The abstract must be informative and allow for an evaluation of the contents.

The responsible authors’ e-mail address for correspondence and the preferred presentation method of the scientific contribution (poster, oral presentation) must be indicated.

The bibliographic entries should be listed in alphabetical order and progressively numbered.

Any potential conflict of interests must be declared.

Abstracts will be peer-reviewed. Acceptance will be based on content, available space, and overall program balance. The accepted abstracts will be published in an abstract book.

The decision of the Abstract Reviewers on the acceptability of the abstract is final. While preferences for oral or poster presentations will be considered, the Reviewers may offer the alternative format. No correspondence on their decision can be initiated by the author(s)
