Iina Eloranta has developed Finnish TV and media field for more than 20 years. At the beginning of her career, Iina gathered work experience on TV productions and later she experienced the development steps of Finnish game industry. Iina occupied a vantage position in commercial television at Sanoma and MTV. In her present-day work as MTV’s channel director, Iina is in charge of the service and programme entity of one of the leading commercial TV companies in Finland.

Iina Eloranta graduated from Tampere Institute of Art and Media (the present-day Tampere University of Applied Sciences) in 1996.

For the past ten years, Seuri has mainly worked with current affairs programmes in Yle. He is known as a host of Ykkösaamu and A-Talk. In addition, he participates in making the podcasts Päivystävät dosentit, Avoin kysymys and Jaa, ei, tyhjiä, poissa.

Alongside being a journalist, Seuri is a post doc researcher in the Flows of Power research project funded by the Academy of Finland. He did his doctoral thesis at Tampere University in 2016. In 2017, Seuri published a book called Totuuden jälkeen with his three colleagues. His next book on interviewing is due to be published in autumn 2020. Seuri was awarded with Journalist of the Year in 2017 and Suomen Kuvalehti Journalist Prize in 2019. Seuri was a professor of practice in journalism at Tampere University in 2019-2020.
