Registration and fees

Please register for the conference with this form by 6 December 2024.

Please note that the members of a group registration can make changes to their information through the Edit your information link in their personal confirmation email.

Participation fees (VAT 0 %)

Normal fee 460 EUR
One day participation 300 EUR
Online participation 300 EUR

The on-site participation fees include the conference programme, scheduled coffees and lunches, City of Tampere reception on 12 December, a dinner in Tampere Hall on 13 December and the conference dinner at restaurant Koski on 14 December.

The online participation link will be sent to participants by email 1-2 days before the conference.

Payment

The participation fee(s) are paid when registering for the event. The payment is made with a credit card (no additional charges). A payment receipt will be sent to you by e-mail. Finnish participants can also choose invoicing (bank transfer) or online banking as their payment method. The system sends the invoice automatically after the registration has been completed. Please make sure that the invoicing details are accurate.

Cancellation policy

According to sustainability principles and to avoid food waste, please cancel your registration if you cannot attend the conference or the social events. For cancellations received by 21 November 2024, the paid participation fees will be fully refunded. No refund will be made for cancellations made after this date. No refunds will be made for no-shows. Participation that has already been registered can be transferred to another person from the same organisation without any extra charge. Cancellations and requests for refunds and registration transfers must always be made by email to congress@tuni.fi.
