CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FEES
Student Early Bird Registration (Before May 20, 2025): €100.00
Regular Member Early Bird Registration (Before May 20, 2025): €300
Standard Student Registration (after May 20, 2025): €120
Standard Regular Member Registration (after May 20, 2025): €350
Lunch for all days, coffee breaks, and reception are included in the registration fee.

Payment
The participation fee(s) are paid when registering for the event. The payment is made with a credit card (no additional charges). A payment receipt will be sent to you by email.
Cancellation policy
According to sustainability principles and to avoid food waste, please cancel your registration if you cannot attend the conference or the social events. For cancellations received by 17 July 2025, the paid participation fees will be fully refunded. No refund will be made for cancellations made after this date. No refunds will be made for no-shows. Participation that has already been registered can be transferred to another person from the same organisation without any extra charge. Cancellations and requests for refunds and registration transfers must always be made by email to congress@tuni.fi.
INFORMATION FOR TRAVEL GRANTS
Student presenters who have limited financial resources, emerging scholars (i.e., faculty members within 5 years of their highest degree), and faculty members from lower-income economies as defined by the IMF have the opportunity to apply for travel award grants after proposals are accepted. Apply at https://www.amenetwork.org. Travel grant decisions cannot be made until proposals are reviewed.
The application deadline is March 20th, 2025.
Travel Grants are available to assist:
- Student presenters who have limited financial resources to present their work
- Faculty members within five years of their highest degree (i.e., emerging scholars)
- Faculty members from lower income countries to travel outside their borders to present their work at the upcoming conference.
Low and Lower middle income countries are defined by The World Bank classification.
Decisions about Travel Grant Applications will be made after proposals are reviewed.
INFORMATION ON VISA AND OTHER TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
