Join us 3.11.2022 — 4.11.2022 in Tampere Universities City Centre Campus and Online.
Annual sustainability and responsibility seminar brings together experts, researchers, teachers, and students from higher education institutions to discuss and develop solutions to sustainability issues and share best practices. This year we concentrate especially on societal interaction and collaboration as part of sustainability work.
The two-day seminar hosts keynotes, panel discussions, speeches, and working groups on different themes. This is a hybrid event, so most of the program is available also online. Our working language fluctuates between English and Finnish depending on the situation and simultaneous interpreting will be available in some sections.
The address to the venue is Kalevantie 4, 33100 Tampere.
The event is organized by Tampere Universities (Tampere University and Tampere University of Applied Sciences), Universities Finland UNIFI (Suomen yliopistojen rehtorineuvosto UNIFI ry) and Arene (Ammattikorkeakoulujen rehtorineuvosto Arene). UNIFI has published 12 theses on sustainable development and responsibility to guide Finnish universities in their sustainability work, and Arene has launched a programme for the sustainable development and responsibility of universities of applied sciences.
In this annual seminar, we follow up on these promises and move together toward a sustainable future!
