Participation fee
Participation fee 40 EUR
Students (master’s and bachelor’s) 5 EUR
Conference dinner 50 EUR
The participation fee includes the conference program and scheduled coffee breaks. Lunches are at one’s own expense. The conference dinner on 7 May at Restaurant Periscope costs 50 EUR. The fees are VAT 0 % (VAT will not be added).
The registration for the pre-conference workshop on 6 May is also done with this form. The workshop is free of charge.
Payment
The participation fee(s) are paid when registering for the event. The payment is made with a credit card (no additional charges). Participants living in Finland and having Finnish banking options can also choose invoicing (bank transfer) or online banking as their payment method. The system sends the invoice automatically after the registration has been completed. Please make sure that the invoicing details are accurate.
Cancellation policy
The registrations are binding and non-refundable. According to sustainability principles and to avoid food waste, please cancel your registration if you cannot attend the conference or the dinner. Participation that has already been registered can be transferred to another person from the same organisation without any extra charge. Cancellations and registration transfers must always be made by email to congress@tuni.fi.
