- Note: Registration is subject to approval by the organizers! We will inform all participants about the registration by 16th March.
Accommodation and meals
The accommodation will be fully covered. Students and postdocs are asked to share rooms so please name the person with whom you want to share your room during registration.
Both evening dinners and breakfast buffets will take place on the boat and are included in the registration. Special diet should be mentioned during the registration process.
Lunches are not included.
Important Information
All participants need to have and bring a valid travel document as it is an international travel!
