At PhDay, we offer you the chance to network, learn, and unwind with fellow PhD students in one unforgettable day. Our packed program includes activities designed to enhance your PhD journey and features insights from alumni who have pursued diverse paths, including entrepreneurship, industry research, and roles at VTT. We’ve crafted our workshops to equip you with essential skills for both academia and beyond.
We’ll also recharge your energy with fun, team-building competitions—whether brain-teasers or physical challenges—to boost team spirit and provide lighthearted enjoyment. We’ll wrap up the day at Teekkarisauna with delicious food, lively music, and refreshing drinks.
In a nutshell, PhDay is all about connecting with your fellow PhD students, discovering their research, practicing your presentation skills, and gaining insights from alumni who have walked the path before you. And of course, the day wouldn’t be complete without fun activities, free food, and a hot sauna with great company!
