Registration and fees

In order to be included in the conference program, all speakers must register for the conference.

Please register a single participant or a group for the conference using this form by February 28, 2026.

Registration to the conference dinner on April 23 at Restaurant Tampella will be opened later with information about the dinner fee. The deadline for dinner registrations is March 31.

Registration fee

The registration fee is EUR 50 (VAT 0 %, VAT will not be added), and it includes the conference program, scheduled coffee breaks, and the City of Tampere reception at Tampere Old City Hall on April 22.

Payment

The registration fee(s) are paid when registering for the event. The payment is made by credit card (no additional charges). A payment receipt will be sent to you by e-mail. If invoicing (bank transfer) is needed, please contact congress@tuni.fi.

Cancellation policy

In accordance with sustainability principles and in order to avoid food waste, please cancel your registration if you cannot attend the conference or the social events. For cancellations received by February 28, 2026, the paid registration fees will be fully refunded. After this date, the registration will become binding, and no refund will be made for cancellations. No refunds will be made for no-shows. Participation that has already been registered can be transferred to another person from the same organisation without any extra charge. Cancellations and requests for refunds and registration transfers must always be made by email to congress@tuni.fi.
