Early bird 150 EUR (200 EUR from 3 February onwards)
PhD students 120 EUR
The fees include participation to the scientific programme, scheduled lunches and coffees, the City of Tampere reception on 7 May, optional sauna on 8 May (takes a few hours with transitions) and the conference dinner on 9 May at restaurant Puistotorni.
Payment
The participation fee(s) are paid when registering for the event. The payment is made with a credit card (no additional charges). A payment receipt will be sent to you by email. Finnish participants can also choose invoicing (bank transfer) or online banking as their payment method. The system sends the invoice automatically after the registration has been completed. Please make sure that the invoicing details are accurate.
Cancellation policy
According to sustainability principles and to avoid food waste, please cancel your registration if you cannot attend the conference or the social events. For cancellations received by 16 April 2025, the paid participation fees will be fully refunded. No refund will be made for cancellations made after this date. No refunds will be made for no-shows. Participation that has already been registered can be transferred to another person from the same organisation without any extra charge. Cancellations and requests for refunds and registration transfers must always be made by email to congress@tuni.fi.
