Showcase exhibition

COVID-19 UPDATE – PLEASE NOTE THAT LIFE 2020 HAS BEEN POSTPONED UNTIL 2021

The organizers of the international Life 2021 congress are pleased to offer companies and public organizations from the local catchment area, with interests in the application of life-science knowhow to real-world needs, an intensive one-day networking event. The exhibiting organizations will have a unique opportunity to present their services and products to the conference visitors from across Europe and beyond, as well as to high-school seniors and the broader community, on Thursday 2 September, 2021. The Showcase Exhibition will be open for exhibitors and for the ~2000 scientific participants in the congress from 10 a.m. on that day, and will attract maximum interest during the morning-coffee and lunch breaks. Attendance will be extended to student visitors and members of the general public from 1.30 p.m. through to 5:30 p.m., covering the period before the public symposium session on ‘Future Medicine – for People and the Planet’ and during the final afternoon coffee-break. Space has been reserved for thirty exhibitors in a high thoroughfare area within the conference centre lobby, where coffee will be served, and which is adjacent to the main auditorium.

The Showcase Exhibition Package includes

– one table (size 150 x 50 cm), two chairs
– power (230V/50Hz) if needed
– company logo in the conference web pages
– catering for two people (coffee + lunch)
– free access to the evening social program (‘Tango for Life’) for two persons
