Abstract submission

The deadline for abstract submissions has passed.

The notification of acceptance is made by March 24, 2021.

The conference registration is open from March 24 to April 16, 2021. The structure of the program is available here. The detailed final program will be published by April 26th.

Presentation formats

All presentations will be given remotely via Zoom as live sessions. All sessions will have Chairs as well as conference assistants to support in any technical problems. The instructions for presenters are published here as a PDF.

The section papers are limited to 20 minutes with 10 minutes for discussion. Within the workshops (1,5-2 hours), schedules may be more flexible.  The poster presentations will be uploaded on the website as the conference begins. There will be a dedicated session for the brief pitches of the posters, with possibly a virtual comment tool.

The conference program will also include some social breaks.

The main languages of the conference are Finnish, Swedish and English, but presentations can also be given in other languages or multilingually.
