Registration and fees

Please use this form to register a single participant or a group for the Conversation Research Days 2026.

If you are a presenter, please register by 30 November 2025. The registration deadline for other participants is 6 January 2026.

Participation to the Conversation Research Days is free of charge. The buffet dinner on 29 January at Restaurant Telakka costs 35 EUR (incl. VAT 24,4 %). Please note that drinks during the dinner are at one’s own cost.

Payment

The dinner fee(s) are paid when registering for the event. The payment is made with a credit card (no additional charges). A payment receipt will be sent to you by e-mail.

Cancellation policy

The registration is binding. Possible dinner fees are not refunded if the participant cancels their participation to the dinner. According to sustainability principles and to avoid food waste, please cancel your registration if you cannot attend the congress or the dinner. Cancellations must always be made by email to congress@tuni.fi.
