Tampere is a compact city, and everything is within walking distance. Public transportation is efficient, and contacless payment is possible in all trams and buses, so it is easy for everybody to get around without the need to download apps. Please note that 19th-20th of June is midsummer in Finland, which means that the public transport will use holiday time scheduling.
