The cancellations of registration to IRSPM 2020 conference and reimbursements of the registration fees are handled via the Congress Office team  congress@tuni.fi


Registration fees

Regular (5 March 2020 – 25 March 2020)

  • IRSPM member: 490 euro
  • Non-member: 590 euro
  • Student member: 340 euro
  • Student non-member: 415 euro

Early bird (28 Nov 2019–4 Mar 2020)

  • IRSPM member: 390 euro
  • Non-member: 490 euro
  • Student member: 260 euro
  • Student non-member:  315 euro

Avec fee

Avec fee for IRSPM 2020 Social Events:  100 euro

Includes: Welcome Reception, Civic Reception, Conference Dinner, Closing Party


PAYMENT

The participation fee is paid when registering for the event. The payment is made with a credit card (no additional charges). A payment receipt will be sent to you by e-mail. Finnish participants can also choose invoicing (invoicing fee of 20 EUR will be added) or online banking as their payment method. If you choose payment with an invoice, please make sure that the invoicing details are accurate. If the participant has provided inadequate or faulty invoicing details when registering for the event, a supplementary 20 EUR (VAT 0 %) will be charged in addition to the previous invoicing fee for issuing a new invoice.

NB! TAU Staff member: Before filling in the registration form, please make sure that you have at hand the information on the cost unit or the project number for the internal transfer procedure of the registration fee. When choosing the participation fee category, please select TAU Staff Member.

CANCELLATION POLICY

For cancellations received by 25 March 2020, the paid participation fees will be fully refunded, except for the possible invoicing fee. No refund will be issued for cancellations made after this date. No refunds will be made for no-shows. The refund will be made by bank transfer and possible bank charges will be for the registrants account. Participation that has already been registered can be transferred to another person from the same organisation without any extra charge. Cancellations and requests for refunds and registration transfers must always be made by email to congress@tuni.fi.
