Registration

Registration is closed (5.12.2021). 

Please note that according to the latest coronavirus policy, anyone coming to the congress from outside the Tampere Universities community must present their  COVID-19 passport / EU Digital COVID Certificate and ID upon entry. Tampere Universities staff must be prepared to present their staff ID and students their student card when attending a public event hosted by Tampere University.

Please contact congress@tuni.fi if you are unable to attend onsite or must cancel your registration. You can opt to participate fully online as well.

REGISTRATION

Registration is open for both online and on-site participation. You can register and pay a whole group or a single participant.

FEES
Registration fee, online 125 EUR
Registration fee, on-site 190 EUR
Dinner fee 60 EUR (Please note that the restaurant will check COVID-19 passport / EU Digital COVID Certificate and identification from each person upon entry)

On-site registration fee includes lunch and two coffees on conference days. Dinner fee will be charged from conference dinner participants.

CANCELLATION POLICY 
For cancellations received by 14.11.2021, the paid registration fees will be fully refunded, except for the possible invoicing fee. Dinner fees are not refundable. No refund will be issued for cancellations made after this date. No refunds will be made for no-shows. The refund will be made by bank transfer and possible bank charges will be for the registrants account. Participation that has already been registered can be transferred to another person from the same organisation without any extra charge. Cancellations and requests for refunds and registration transfers must always be made by email to congress@tuni.fi.
