Accommodation

Participants are asked to make their own hotel reservations and pay for their own accommodation at the hotel.

A quota reservation has been made to the conference venue Scandic Rosendahl for 5 nights for the dates 10-15.06.2025.

Please check the deadlines and booking codes for reservations mentioned in the hotel infos below. These room prices are available only for bookings made directly with the hotel using the link given below or by email/phone. All prices are per room and per night, including breakfast buffet and VAT. Please notice that there are only a limited number of rooms available in the quotas.

If you want to book a longer than 10-15.06.2025 stay, you can still use the booking code (below) to reserve a room with the reduced price (below). For that, you need to make the booking and provide the booking code via email or call to the Hotel. In this case, you will be provided with the reduced prices for the 5 nights 10-15.08.2025, and the extra nights will be offered at a price available at the time of the booking.
