NOTE: The registration includes all lunches, coffee, tea, and pastries in the breaks during the conference week, a welcome reception on Sunday evening, a sauna party on Tuesday evening (please bring your own swim suit), and a conference dinner on Thursday evening.
Sauna event: Please note that there will be mixed-gender saunas as well as gender-separated saunas and swimming possibilities.
Registration fees (early bird until 30th April):
Full registration: 450 € / 360 € (early bird)
Student registration: 300 € / 210 € (early bird)
Please register at your earliest convenience. The full registration will close by 22 May 2022 to enable a well-prepared conference including all social events.
The participation fee(s) is/are paid when registering for the event. The payment is made with a credit card (no additional charges). A payment receipt will be sent to you by e-mail. Finnish participants can also choose invoicing (invoicing fee of 20 EUR will be added) or online banking as their payment method. Groups that have chosen invoicing as their payment method will receive a collective invoice (only one invoicing fee charged). The system sends the invoice automatically after the registration has been completed. Please make sure that the invoicing details are accurate. If the participant has provided inadequate or faulty invoicing details when registering for the event, a supplementary fee of 20 EUR (VAT 0 %) will be charged in addition to the previous invoicing fee for issuing a new invoice.
CANCELLATION POLICY
For cancellations received by 22 May 2022, the paid registration fees will be fully refunded, except for the possible invoicing fee. No refund will be issued for cancellations made after this date. No refunds will be issued for no-shows. The refund will be made by bank transfer and possible bank charges will be the registrant’s responsibility. An existing registration can be transferred to another person from the same organisation at no extra charge. Cancellations and requests for refunds and registration transfers must always be made by email to congress@tuni.fi.
