ICBM15 abstracts and papers (based on the accepted abstracts) will be peer-reviewed and accepted ones will be published as an open access e-publication.
Preliminary timetable:
- October 2023: Abstract submission opens
- EXTENDED until 18th of March 2024: Abstract submission ends
- April 2024: Notification of acceptance of abstracts
- EXTENDED unti 26th of June 2024: Paper submission ends
- August 2024: Final acceptance of papers
- September 2024: Open access e-publication of peer-reviewed and accepted papers and abstracts available
PAPER SUBMISSION
Deadline for paper submission is in 9th of June 2024. The papers will be peer-reviewed and will be published in the open access e-publication.
The paper for ICBM15 should be prepared using ICBM15_paper_template containing the detailed paper preparation and formatting instructions.
Submit your paper by 26th of June 2024 (based on the accepted abstract) for ICBM15 via this link.
Registration fees:
- Early bird before 31.5.2024: 400 €
- After 1.6.2024-3.9.2024 : 500 €
- Students 300 €
- Registration for the event ends 3.9.2024
Registration fee includes attendance to the conference events, coffee and snacks, lunches (during the conference sessions (23-25.9.2024) as well as the evening entertainment: welcome reception, social program before conference dinner and conference dinner.
The student fee applies for all students enrolled in a recognized academic institution. To register students must be able to provide Student ID or similar documentation. PhD-students/PhD-candidates preparing for their PhD-degree are allowed to register as “Students”.
