Food and restaurants
All registered participants will be offered a complimentary vegetarian lunch and coffee/tea during the day of the event. For additional purchases, participants are welcome to use the restaurant services available across the campuses.
Morning and afternoon refreshments
Refreshments will be available before the keynote seminar at Tampere Hall from 8.30 to 10.00, including coffee, tea and a savoury snack.
Refreshments will also be served during the campus-specific afternoon activities, including coffee, tea and a sweet treat.
Lunch
A complementary vegetarian lunch will be served to all registered participants on the campuses. Please note that the campus restaurants may occasionally be busy, especially at the start of the lunch period.
The lunch venues are listed below.
- City centre campus: Juvenes Päätalo (Main Building) from 12:00 to 14:00
- Hervanta campus: Restaurant Newton (Konetalo), Restaurant Reaktori (Kampusareena) from 12:00 to 14:30
- Kauppi campus: Restaurant Arvo from 12:00 to 13:30
Evening gathering at Tampere Hall
Culinary delicacies from around the world will be served during the gathering at Tampere Hall. Each participant will also receive a glass of sparkling wine and two drink vouchers. The bar at Tampere Hall will also be open for participants wishing to purchase additional drinks.
