Poster Presentation Quidelines
The tentative schedule for poster presentations is available here (link).
The maximum acceptable size for a poster is A0 size (841 mm × 1189 mm) and should be in portrait orientation. To ensure readability from a distance of one to two meters, please use a clear and legible typeface.
All presenting authors are kindly asked to hang their posters at the beginning of the conference and leave them up for its entire duration. We recommend that authors be present at their posters during the designated poster sessions, which are divided into two groups: odd-numbered posters will be presented on Wednesday, 8 October, and even-numbered posters on Thursday, 9 October. Please note that there are no printing facilities available at the venue, so all posters must be printed in advance.
Oral Presentation Quidelines
The tentative schedule for oral presentations can be found on the event webpages (link: https://events.tuni.fi/finooc/programme/ ).
Each presentation is allocated 10 minutes, followed by 2 minutes for questions and discussion. Presenters are requested to bring their presentation on a USB drive and submit it no later than the break preceding their session. A USB drive with common adapters will be available at the venue. If you require alternative methods for submitting your presentation, please contact the organizing team in advance. Please name your PowerPoint file using the format: firstname_surname_sessionnumber. To ensure a smooth start, presenters should arrive at their session room at least 15 minutes before the session begins.
