The marvellous Haikko Manor located by a beautiful bay surrounded by natural parks and forests will give you the best impression about Finland at the perfect time of the year just before Midsummer.

Accommodation in Hotel Haikko Manor & Spa is pre-booked by the conference organizers with a reduced price for the conference participants.

Room reservations should be made not later than 1 month before the event (by May 8^th).

Unfortunately, there is no convenient public transport from Helsinki airport (the main transport hub of Finland) to Haikko Manor.

This is why the transfers from Helsinki airport to Haikko Manor and back will be provided by the 6^th ERC Grantees Conference organizers for every foreign participant of the Conference, either via joint shuttles or separate individual rides scheduled according to your flights.

The transfer can be arranged on any day of the Conference, plus one day before and one day after the Conference, i.e. within the period June 9^th-13^th. Most of the transfers are expected to happen on June 9^th and 10^th for arrival and June 12^th and 13^th for departure. We will group people once we know the arrival/departure times and dates.

Please book your flights and email us your arrival/departure time and date at erc2025@tuni.fi. You will be contacted from the Conference email (erc2025@tuni.fi) about the transfer time closer to the event.
