Accommodation in Hotel Haikko Manor & Spa is pre-booked by the conference organizers with a reduced price for the conference participants.

Once you have registered and paid the registration fee, please book your accommodation by 8.5.2025 via Haikko website using the promocode ALLERC2025 to get the reduced prices for a standard room

Room reservations should be made not later than 1 month before the event (by 8.5.2025).

Unfortunately, there is no convenient public transport from Helsinki airport (the main transport hub of Finland) to Haikko Manor and this is why the transfer from Helsinki airport will be arranged by the conference organizers for everyone either via joint shuttles or separate individual rides scheduled according to your flights.
