Accommodation
A limited number of rooms have been reserved for the conference participants in the hotels listed below. Participants are asked to make their own hotel reservations and pay for their own accommodation at the chosen hotel. Hotel demand in Tampere is very high, and we strongly recommend booking your accommodation as early as possible.
The room prices are available only for bookings made directly to the hotel by email, by phone or online. Please check the reservation instructions below for each hotel. All prices are per room and per night, including breakfast buffet and VAT. All reservations, changes, and cancellations must be made directly to the hotel.
Please note that there are a limited number of rooms in the quotas and that the quotas will gradually be reduced. The sooner you book, the better your chances of securing your preferred hotel and room type.
