Please note: Every individual person from a company participating the congress has to register to the congress.

Payment
The order and payment is done with this form. The payment is made with a credit card (no additional charges). A payment receipt will be sent to you by e-mail. Finnish companies can also choose invoicing (bank transfer) or online banking as their payment method. The system sends the invoice automatically after the registration has been completed. If you choose payment with an invoice, please make sure that the invoicing details are accurate.
Cancellation
The organiser can change or cancel the exhibition if unforeseen circumstances occur (refund will be done). In case the exhibiting company cancels its participation, the exhibiting company must notify the organiser by email to regea.tau@tuni.fi. Terms of cancellation:
- before 10 October 2025 – 50 % of the total amount will be refunded
- after 11 October 2025 – no refunds will be done
