Registration and fees

All participants are asked to complete online registration (participants, lecturers and sponsor representatives).

Please register for the conference with this form.

*Every membership will be verified with EATCB – all memberships fees along with fee for 2025 must be paid.

Registration fee includes entrance to the on-site lectures and exhibition area, conference materials, coffee breaks and lunches according to the programme, and gala dinner.

Separate tickets are sold for the gala dinner for e.g. company representatives and participants with a day ticket (100 EUR).

The fees are VAT 0 % (VAT will not be added).

Payment

The participation fee(s) and possible dinner fee(s) are paid when registering for the event. The payment is made with a credit card (no additional charges). A payment receipt will be sent to you by email. Participants living in Finland and having Finnish banking options can also choose invoicing (bank transfer) or online banking as their payment method. The system sends the invoice automatically after the registration has been completed. Please make sure that the invoicing details are accurate.

Cancellation policy

According to sustainability principles and to avoid food waste, please cancel your registration if you cannot attend the congress or the social events. For cancellations received by 1 October 2025, the paid participation fees will be fully refunded. No refund will be made for cancellations made after this date. No refunds will be made for no-shows. The eventual dinner fee will not be refunded separately if a participant cancels their participation to the dinner. Participation that has already been registered can be transferred to another person from the same organisation without any extra charge. Cancellations and requests for refunds and registration transfers must always be made by email to congress@tuni.fi.
