We are thrilled to announce the Best Presentation Award as a part of Digital Fluid Power (DFP24) Workshop, sponsored by the Actuators journal MDPI. This award recognizes outstanding contributions in the field of digital fluid power.
Eligibility Criteria:
- The award is open to all career levels.
- Presentations must have been delivered during the DFP24 workshop.
Selection Criteria: The Award Committee, led by the Prof. Dr. Matti Linjama, will evaluate presentations based on the following criteria:
- Scientific Merit and Broad Impact: How significant is the research? What impact does it have on the field?
- Originality: Are the research objectives novel? Are the ideas presented unique?
- Creativity: Does the study design demonstrate creativity? Are the approaches and concepts innovative?
- Clarity of Presentation: How effectively was the material communicated?

The winner will be announced on the Actuators website in June 2024.

Extended versions of papers presented in DFP24 can be found in following special issues
Contributions in the fields related to the digital fluid power applications can be found from open-access special Issue entitled “Digital Fluid Power state of the art” from in the Actuators in MDPI Journals.
Special Issue submission will be opened from 1 June until 31 December 2024. Editor: Prof. Matti Linjama and Prof. Tatiana Minav. ALL Publications from the conference will have a Special price 50% discount (1200 CHF, APC for now is 2400 CHF).
