Saariselkä is a small village in the very north of Finland (Saariselkä – Finland’s northernmost outdoor resort). It is part of Inari municipality and the nearest airport is Ivalo, 30 min bus-ride away from Saariselkä.

The event will take place in Santa’s Hotel Tunturi, Lutontie 16, 99830 Saariselkä, Finland.

We have blocked rooms  with negotiated price for CHATS participants. You can make your reservation for dates between 8-13 March 2026 (inclusive) using the allotment code that you receive in the abstract acceptance letter or registration confirmation. The reservation code is valid until 6 February 2026, but we recommend making the booking sooner as the number of rooms is limited.

The rooms are located in separate Ahma building of Hotel Tunturi.

Rate includes: Breakfast, use of customer sauna and gym, wifi and VAT

Cancellation: Free cancellation deadline is 14 days prior arrival. After this, cancellation fees will be 100 % of the total amount of the accommodation.

7 days prior arrival everyone will receive an email with a payment link, and with this link the accommodation must be paid in total. After check-out, everyone will receive a receipt with VAT information. When making a reservation via the hotel web page, reservations need to be guaranteed with a credit card.
